Your AI Training is Already Out of Date
(How do you keep up when everything is changing everywhere?)
The Sugar Rush of the AI Workshop
We have all been there. You hire an expert to come in for a day. They show your team the magic of Generative AI. Eyes light up. People are amazed by what they can create in seconds. You leave the room feeling like transformation is finally happening.
Then, everyone goes back to their desks, a few power users emerge and the rest are using AI to draft emails.
Without a system to reinforce those skills, alongside people to keep track of and teach new capabilities, the excitement fades. AI was good…but not quite good enough. Old habits return.
Three months later, you are being asked to ‘improve productivity with AI,’ but your budget is gone.
How Do You Train When AI Doesn’t Stand Still?
Most organizations are treating AI adoption like a software rollout: Train the users, deploy the tool, move on.
The problem is that AI isn’t static software. It is an exponentially evolving capability. The models we use today will be fundamentally different in 6 to 9 months.
If your strategy relies on training events with static curriculum, your workforce is obsolete the moment the class ends. You are running on a treadmill, paying for constant course updates and retraining just to stay in the same place.
Don’t Buy a Class, Build an Learning Network
In my book, Hyperadaptive, I argue that we need to stop focusing on training and start focusing on social contagion.
We don’t need employees who have memorized a specific set of prompts. We need an organization that has the internal muscle to adapt to whatever capabilities comes next.
We call this The AI Learning Flywheel. It consists of four stages:
Spark: Break through “what can AI do for me?” with experiential workshops (not lectures).
Spread: Identifying the internal “AI Leads” (Champions) who are already experimenting. Then, carve out space for them to teach their peers.
Scale: Create a network of AI Activation Hubs to keep track of AI capabilities, distribute learning to the right people at the right time, and support your AI leads.
Sustain: Embed AI learning loops into your daily value streams so that learning happens during work, not on top of it.
The Systems Thinking Shift
The organizations that win in this next era won’t be the ones with the biggest training budget. They will be the ones that build an internal nervous system for learning.
Stop trying to train 5,000 people at once. Start building the infrastructure that allows your organization to teach itself, over and over, and over again.

What Happens When You Pre-Order
Pre-ordering does two things: First, it signals that this book is worth paying attention to (thank you!). Second, you get early access to frameworks, the AI Integration Handbook, and a pdf of the model by preordering. To access the pre-order material, first:
Then, go to hyperadaptive.solutions/book to redeem.
And thank you!
