I am having a hard time finding my "favorite" sentence in this post... I think it's this one - "the way the organization works deserves as much attention as the technology it adopts."
Or maybe it's the whole section on "transformations" and how they don't exactly fit the world today where EVERYTHING is changing faster than I can change my socks.
